Chris was previously head coach of the Red Deer Polytechnic Queens (2016-22), leading them to a 22-1 record, ACAC Championship and CCAA bronze medal in 2021-22 ... He also led the Queens to ACAC bronze medals in 2016-17 and 2017-18 ... He was named ACAC South women's volleyball coach of the year in 2018-19 ... Chris previously was head coach of the Olds College women's volleyball program (2012-16), leading them into the playoffs in all four seasons with the highlight being an ACAC bronze medal in 2014-15 ... In 2013, Chris became the first head coach to lead Team Alberta's women's volleyball program to a Canada Games gold medal.
