Volleyball & Basketball Combo Camp (Co-Ed)

Get ready for a week full of fun, energy, and action! This camp combines the excitement of volleyball and basketball into one unforgettable week.
Led by Griffins athletes and coaches, campers will develop fundamental skills in both sports. You’ll practice hitting, serving, setting, ball control, scoring, and decision-making while learning game strategies and teamwork. Through fast-paced drills, scrimmages, and group activities, you’ll master the perfect serve, sink three-pointers, and work together as a team. Whether you’re new to the game or looking to improve, this camp is the perfect way for young athletes to stay active, build confidence, and have fun on the court.

Spike, serve, and dive into fun! This isn’t your typical training camp, this is all about having fun, making friends, and enjoying the game. Whether spiking like a pro or just learning the ropes, athletes will develop their skills in a supportive environment while having a blast.
Led by the Griffins athletes and coaches, this camp focuses on the fundamentals of volleyball, including hitting, serving, and setting. Small-group on-court instruction, friendly matches, and fun challenges will help campers master offensive and defensive strategies—all while making new friends along the way.

Basketball Camp (Co-Ed)

Step up your game and conquer the court! This full-day basketball camp is designed to help players build confidence and develop the skills needed to elevate their game. From perfecting their jump shot to dominating on defense, athletes will gain the tools and fundamental movements required to excel at any level.
Led by Griffins basketball coaches and players, participants will take part in interactive drills, fun challenges, and action-packed games to refine their ball control, scoring, footwork, and decision-making. By the end of camp, they'll leave feeling more confident, skilled, and ready to take on any opponent!

Lace up for an exciting week of on-ice action and off-ice adventures!
This camp focuses on the FUNdamentals and Learn to Train stages of the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model blending skill-building and active play to promote physical literacy and a love for the game. Each day features two engaging on-ice sessions led by expert coaches and players, using small-area drills to provide personalized coaching and campers refine specific skills. Off the ice, athletes will join in fun activities to help them improve basic movements like running, jumping and balancing.
With a strong emphasis on fun and development, this camp is perfect for young hockey players who want to improve their game without the intensity of a high-performance training camp. It’s all about building confidence, having fun and enjoying the sport!
Campers will get a jersey and a Griffins puck to remember their camp experience.
