EDMONTON – Academic success is the hallmark of a MacEwan student-athlete, and excellence in the classroom deserves to be celebrated.

Over the past five days on our @MacEwanGriffins Instagram and Twitter accounts, our 2022-23 Top Academic Awards have been revealed – highlighting Griffins student-athletes with the top GPA in each faculty at MacEwan.

We are proud to recognize the 11 winners, who are leaders in the classroom for MacEwan Athletics.

"It's amazing to see how incredible our student-athletes are on the field, court and ice, and in the classroom," said MacEwan Athletics Director Joel Mrak. "Honouring our winners this year showcases their dedication to academic excellence as they embody what being a Griffins student-athlete is all about."
