EDMONTON – Academic success is the hallmark of a MacEwan student-athlete and excellence in the classroom deserves to be celebrated.

Over the past five days on our @MacEwanGriffins Instagram and Twitter accounts, our 2021-22 Top Academic Awards have been revealed – highlighting Griffins student-athletes with the top marks in each faculty at MacEwan.

We are proud to recognize the 14 winners, who are leaders in the classroom for MacEwan Athletics.

"It's so incredible to see how amazing our student athletes are on the field, court and ice, and in the classroom," said MacEwan Athletics Director Joel Mrak. "This year's group of Academic award winners really embodies what being a Griffins student athlete is all about and showcases their dedication to academic pursuits."
